- 2 lb. Ricotta
- 8 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together until blended well.

2Beat eggs last and mix in all ingredients.

3Bake in glass, ungreased dish in 375° oven for 10 minutes, then drop temperature down to 350° for about 60 minutes.

4When pie is golden brown on top, it is done. Let cool, then refrigerate until cold.
