  • 2 lb. Ricotta
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together until blended well.

    Beat eggs last and mix in all ingredients.

    Bake in glass, ungreased dish in 375° oven for 10 minutes, then drop temperature down to 350° for about 60 minutes.

    When pie is golden brown on top, it is done. Let cool, then refrigerate until cold.
