  • 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 to 2 jars Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 box rigatoni noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey

Directions

    Cook noodles.

    Drain.

    Mix 3 cheeses together with egg.

    Brown meat.

    Add to sauce.

    Put sauce in bottom of Pyrex dish.

    Layer noodles, sauce and cheeses to top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
