- 1 pkg. rigatoni noodles
- 1/2 to 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 lb. ground beef
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Mix together the tomato paste, tomato sauce and Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies.

2Mix together the garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and oregano.

3Boil noodles and onion for 20 minutes.

4While noodles and onion boil, brown beef seasoned with garlic salt, Worcestershire and oregano mixture.

5Pour noodles and onion into a deep dish casserole.

6Spread meat mixture on top of noodles.

7Pour sauce mixture over meat.

8Slice Velveeta cheese 1/4-inch thick and layer on top of entire casserole.

9Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
