- 2 lb. can whole tomatoes
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 small cloves garlic (or garlic powder to taste)
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 box rigatoni noodles
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Bake pork chops at 325° until done.

2Place pork chops and remaining ingredients in crock-pot and simmer on high for 8 to 10 hours.

3Cook rigatoni noodles according to package directions; drain.

4Remove bones from sauce.

5Mix sauce over noodles and serve with Parmesan cheese.
