  • 2 lb. can whole tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 3 small cloves garlic (or garlic powder to taste)
  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 1 box rigatoni noodles
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Bake pork chops at 325° until done.

    Place pork chops and remaining ingredients in crock-pot and simmer on high for 8 to 10 hours.

    Cook rigatoni noodles according to package directions; drain.

    Remove bones from sauce.

    Mix sauce over noodles and serve with Parmesan cheese.
