- 1 lb. rigatoni
- 3 1/2 lb. beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 small onions
- 1/4 c. carrots
- 1/4 c. peas
- 2 Tbsp. beef drippings
Directions

1Cut meat into small pieces.

2Dredge with flour, salt and pepper.

3Brown in melted fat.

4Cut large onion and brown with meat. Place meat and onions in kettle and simmer 2 to 3 hours.

5Half hour before serving meat and vegetables, cook rigatoni and serve in a platter around the stew.
