• 1 1/4 cups stuffing mix instant
• 1 tablespoon onions dried, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 13 cup celery fresh, 1/4 inch pieces
• 1/4 cup mushrooms, canned canned, drained
• 1 each eggs
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 13 cup water
• 3/4 cup chicken breasts cooked, diced
