- S&P
- knob of butter
- small bunch of fresh oregano or marjoram
- 31/2oz. Parmesan cheese
- 31/2oz. Fontina cheese
- 3/12oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 Nutmeg
- A small ball of mozzarella
Directions

1Cook pasta 2 min less, than expected.

2Froth butter, and add the herbs.

3Add pasta and reserve cooking water.

4Add Parmasean, fontina and mascarpone.

5Return to medium heat and melt cheese.

6Season and place in baking dish.

7Grate nutmeg, parmasean and mozzarella atop.

8Bake for 10 min and finish in broiler.
