  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 orange peel
  • 12 ounces Six Point Righteous Rye, or another rye beer

Directions

    In the bottom of a pint glass douse the sugar cube with bitters. Give it a good whack to break it apart.
  2. 2
    Muddle the orange peel-peel side down-into the sugar. Do this for a minute or two to release the oils. The sugar should be syrupy by the time you're finished.
  3. 3
    Add the beer.
