- 1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can mushrooms (undrained)
Directions

1Brown steak with onion.

2Heat broth to boiling.

3Mix sour cream with flour; stir into broth and add mushrooms.

4Season to taste.

5Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a slow oven for about an hour or so.

6Serve over hot noodles or rice.
