  • 1 c. raw rice (Uncle Ben's)
  • 1 can beef consomme soup (Campbell's)
  • 1 can French onion soup (Campbell's)
  • 1/4 stick margarine

Directions

    Place rice in bottom of 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Pour soups over rice.

    Stir.

    Put margarine on top.

    Cover.

    Bake one hour at 325°.

    Stir when half done and before serving.

    Good served with beef or chicken.
