- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 1 c. cooked and sieved pumpkin or 1 can pumpkin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Directions

1Line pie plate with 9-inch pie crust.

2Combine in a blender or mixing bowl all the ingredients except the egg whites.

3Mix well. Fold beaten egg whites into pie filling.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake 10 minutes at 425°.

6Reduce heat to 375° and continue to bake for 30 minutes or until filling is set.
