"Ritz-Chicken Casserole"

  • 2 rolls Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

    Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. (Reserve 1 cup for topping.) Line bottom of long casserole dish with crumbs. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over crumbs in dish. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly.
