- 50 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick oleo, melted
- 1/2 gal. vanilla flavor yogurt or ice cream
- 2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Crush the Ritz crackers.

2Save 1/4 cup for spreading on top. Melt oleo and mix with the cracker crumbs.

3Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Melt yogurt or ice cream.

5Mix pudding with the yogurt or ice cream.

6Spread over the crust and top with Cool Whip.

7Put 1/2 cup of crackers on top.

8Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
