  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Beat egg whites stiff.

    Add sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Fold in nuts.

    Add crumbs.

    Mix all carefully and pour into greased 8-inch pie tin.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

    Let cool and put whipped cream on top.

    Serves 8.
