Ritzy Dessert Pie

Directions

   Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar.

   Fold in chopped nuts, finely crushed crackers and vanilla.

   Pour into an 8 or 9-inch pie pan and bake at 300° for 45 minutes.

   Cool; top with whipped topping when serving.

   Refrigerate.

   Pie is even better the second day!
