  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 24 gumdrops
  • 1 Tbsp. colored sugar

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Prepare cake batter as directed on package; stir in dry gelatin.

    Spoon batter into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.

    Bake 20 to 25 min.

    or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.

    Cool in pans 10 min; remove to wire racks.

    Cool completely.

    Place COOL WHIP in small resealable plastic bag seal bag.

    Snip small corner from bottom of bag; pipe COOL WHIP onto tops of cupcakes to resemble petals.

    Flatten gumdrops; place 1 in center of each cupcake.

    Sprinkle edges of petals with colored sugar.
