  • 11 ounces uncooked rotini pasta
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar ragu tomatoes, onion, and garlic spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 12 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 cup shredded gouda cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

    Boil pasta.

    Brown ground beef.

    Reserve 1/2 cup of each of the cheeses.

    combine all remaining ingredients.

    turn into 3 quart casserole dish.

    top with reserved cheeses.

    Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or so.
