  • 3 1/2 to 4 lb. ribeye or prime rib roast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Wipe roast with damp paper toweling.

    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder, if used.

    Place meat on rack in roasting pan deep enough to hold the drippings.

    Insert a meat thermometer (registers 130° for very rare, 140° for medium and 170° for well done).
