- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Wipe roast with damp paper toweling.

2Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder, if used.

3Place meat on rack in roasting pan deep enough to hold the drippings.

4Insert a meat thermometer (registers 130° for very rare, 140° for medium and 170° for well done).
