- 1 (5 lb.) beef roast
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Put roast, fat side down, on microwave roasting rack in shallow baking dish.

2Sprinkle mushrooms over top of roast. Cover roast with waxed paper.

3Cook on 80 for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn over and spoon juices over top.

4Cover and cook on 70 for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Let stand 10 minutes.

6Makes 6 to 8 servings.
