- 1 pot roast, 3-4 lbs
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 teaspoon ginger juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
Directions

1Marinate beef in soy sauce, sherry, ginger juice, salt and pepper at least 4 hours or overnight.

2Wrap roast and green onions in heavy aluminum foil.

3Pre-heat oven to 450* and bake for 20 minutes.

4Turn heat to 325* and bake for 2 hours.

5Serve hot.
