- 4 or 5 lb. roast beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Rub roast with salt and pepper.

2Mix soups and water.

3Put half of mixture into aluminum foil.

4Add meat and cover with other half of mixture.

5Close and cook at 325° until tender.

6Take up roast with delicious gravy.
