  • 4 lb. roast
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

    Sprinkle onion soup mix in baking dish.

    Place roast on soup mix and salt and pepper.

    Place potatoes, carrots and celery around roast.

    Add 1/3 cup water.
