  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 2 cans roast beef, shredded (do not drain)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of dry mustard (optional)

Directions

    Brown hamburg with onion.

    Add to other ingredients (use gravy from roast beef, do not drain).

    Add water or 1 (8 ounce) tomato sauce if too dry.

    Heat and serve on hamburg buns.
