  • 3 to 6 lb. chuck or shoulder roast
  • 3 to 4 peeled potatoes
  • 4 to 6 peeled onions
  • 4 to 6 carrots
  • 1/2 head cabbage (in quarters)
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Cook roast in crock-pot overnight on high.

    In the morning, add the 1 1/2 cups of water.

    Before adding the vegetables, cook them 6 minutes in microwave.

    When back from church, everything is ready.
