- 3 to 6 lb. chuck or shoulder roast
- 3 to 4 peeled potatoes
- 4 to 6 peeled onions
- 4 to 6 carrots
- 1/2 head cabbage (in quarters)
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cook roast in crock-pot overnight on high.

2In the morning, add the 1 1/2 cups of water.

3Before adding the vegetables, cook them 6 minutes in microwave.

4When back from church, everything is ready.
