- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. beef bouillon, beef gravy or milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions
-
1Make hash.
-

-
3Slowly heat butter in a heavy 10-inch skillet.
-

5Cook over medium heat, about 10 minutes or until hash is heated through and most of the liquid is absorbed.
-
6Turn hash over occasionally with pancake turner, scraping bottom of skillet to remove brown bits, then spread evenly.
