  • 4 medium carrots, cut up
  • 1 small onion, cut up
  • 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and cut up
  • 1 can green beans
  • 2 quart beef stock
  • 6 medium red potatoes, cubed
  • 2 lb roast beef, cooked

Directions

    cut up meat into bite sized pieces, i used left over beef roast

    add all ingredients to large stock pan
  3. 3
    add enough water to cover ingredients completely.

    simmer on medium heat until veggies are tender.

    season to taste.
