Roast Beef With Vegetables

  • 2 lb. beef roast
  • 6 to 8 large potatoes
  • 4 large carrots
  • 3 small, 2 medium or 1 large onion
  • 2 celery stalks (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Wash and place beef roast in medium size Reynolds oven bag, using instructions with bag.
  3. 3
    Bake for 1 hour.

    Peel and cube potatoes and carrots; peel and slice onion. Cut off tips of celery and cube.

    Open cooking bag and place potatoes, carrots, onion and celery in bag.
  6. 6
    Reseal and bake for an additional hour.
