Roast Beef With Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef roast
- 6 to 8 large potatoes
- 4 large carrots
- 3 small, 2 medium or 1 large onion
- 2 celery stalks (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Wash and place beef roast in medium size Reynolds oven bag, using instructions with bag.

3Bake for 1 hour.

4Peel and cube potatoes and carrots; peel and slice onion. Cut off tips of celery and cube.

5Open cooking bag and place potatoes, carrots, onion and celery in bag.

6Reseal and bake for an additional hour.
