- 1 (6 lb.) lamb
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. each: marjoram, thyme and rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. dry white wine
Directions

1Crush garlic with salt and pepper.

2Mix with oil; spread on lamb.

3Sprinkle with marjoram, thyme, rosemary and flour.

4Pour wine and 1 cup water into pan.

5Roast in a 325° oven for 2 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
