  • 1 (6 lb.) lamb
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. each: marjoram, thyme and rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. dry white wine

Directions

    Crush garlic with salt and pepper.

    Mix with oil; spread on lamb.

    Sprinkle with marjoram, thyme, rosemary and flour.

    Pour wine and 1 cup water into pan.

    Roast in a 325° oven for 2 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
