- 3 to 4 lb. pork roast
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 c. apple juice
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 carrot, sliced
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Mix flour and apple juice in baking dish.

3Place roast and liquid in a 10 x 16-inch cooking bag.

4Add vegetables and seasonings.

5Close bag.

6Make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top of bag and bake in baking dish for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
