- 1 pork loin
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 c. or more curacao liqueur or any orange liqueur
Directions

1Season pork loin.

2Place fat side up in roasting pan. Bake at 325° to 350° until 1/2 hour before the roast is done.

3Combine all remaining ingredients except cornstarch and liqueur.

4Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch with some of the sauce and stir until smooth.

5Add to the rest of the sauce and stir until slightly thickened. Add the liqueur and continue stirring for 5 to 10 minutes.
