  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
  • 2 c. tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chili pepper

Directions

    Chop onions and green pepper.

    Place in frying pan with hamburger; brown.

    Add rice, tomatoes, salt and chili powder. Bring to cooking, then put in casserole and bake 45 minutes at 375°.
