- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili pepper
Directions

1Chop onions and green pepper.

2Place in frying pan with hamburger; brown.

3Add rice, tomatoes, salt and chili powder. Bring to cooking, then put in casserole and bake 45 minutes at 375°.
