Ingredients

  • rib or loin pork chops (1 1/4 to 1 3/4 inches thick)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Place pork chops in large roasting pan in 350° oven for 1 hour, turning once, basting with sauce.

    Cook onion and garlic in 1/4 cup vegetable oil until tender.

    Add remaining ingredients. Pour over chops, cooking until tender.
