- 1 frozen whole boneless turkey (4 lb.), thawed
- 8 to 10 large cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tsp. coarse salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Combine the garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt in a blender. Turn on.

2Add the oil.

3Blend until coarsely chopped.

4Spread half the garlic mixture over the inside of turkey.

5Re-roll the turkey. Tie firmly with string every two inches to return the meat to its original log shape.

6Spread on the remaining mixture.
