  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. acceptable margarine*
