Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) canned biscuits
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. oil (I use 2/3 c.)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs (I use Egg Beaters)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding (dry)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Use what is left in the bowl and add oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.

    Mix thoroughly.

    In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, pudding mix and nuts. Add to mixture and mix thoroughly.

    Pour into 2 large loaf pans or one Bundt pan, well-greased and sugared (mixture of sugar and cinnamon).

    Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top also.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or more, depending on your oven.
