- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 stick margarine
- pepper
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Cover roast with water; add vinegar.

2Soak for 1 hour.

3Rinse and dry.

4Rub in margarine and pepper generously.

5Sprinkle with soup mix.

6Wrap tightly in foil.

7Bake in a 350° oven for 3 hours and 30 minutes to 4 hours.

8Do not unwrap to brown.
