- 3 ducks with breasts split
- 1 c. wine
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- salt and pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 c. butter
- dash of onion salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except ducks and butter; mix well. Marinate ducks in sauce overnight in refrigerator.

2Remove ducks from marinade and brown ducks in butter.

3Place in roaster; pour marinade over ducks.

4Cover and bake for 3 hours at 225°.
