- 1 lb. asparagus, cut diagonally in 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 pkg. (5 oz. each) mixed baby salad
- 1/3 c. bottled raspberry vinaigrette
- 1 c. fresh raspberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Toss asparagus with oil, salt and pepper.

3Spread on baking sheet, roast 8 - 10 minutes.

4Cool. Toss asparagus with baby salad, add vinaigrette - sprinkle with raspberries.
