Roasted Bone Marrow

  • 1 kg bone marrow, cut in half
  • 6 shallots, sliced
  • 200 grams flat leaf parsley
  • 1 baguette, cut and toasted

Directions

    Pre-heat the oven to 180 c.

    Sprinkle the bone marrow with salt and pepper.

    Transfer to the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, until cooked.

    Once cooked place the bone marroe on a serving dish.

    Cover with the shallots and parsley.
  6. 6
    Serve on Warm Toasty bread.
