- 1 kg bone marrow, cut in half
- 6 shallots, sliced
- 200 grams flat leaf parsley
- 1 baguette, cut and toasted
Directions

1Pre-heat the oven to 180 c.

2Sprinkle the bone marrow with salt and pepper.

3Transfer to the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, until cooked.

4Once cooked place the bone marroe on a serving dish.

5Cover with the shallots and parsley.

6Serve on Warm Toasty bread.
