- 4 lbs broccoli, cut into large florets
- 14 cup olive oil
- 12 tablespoon kosher salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
- 13 cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- 2 tablespoons chiffonade fresh basil

1Preheat oven to 425F Wash the broccoli and dry it THOROUGHLY.
