- 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
- 2 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic salt, to taste
Directions

1Mix vegetables and oil together until well coated.

2Place in a greased ovenproof dish.

3Sprinkle over desired amount of garlic salt.
