- 36 carrots (3 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Scrape carrots; cut large carrots into lengthwise slices. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Combine oil and butter; drizzle over carrots.

3Sprinkle in salt and pepper.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Turn carrots and bake an additional 30 minutes. Yields 12 servings.
