- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Clean and slice cauliflower - 1/4 inch slices and pieces work best.

3Toss with oil, garlic, and salt.

4Spread cauliflower on cookie sheets - do not overlap pieces.

5Roast at 375 degrees until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.

6Depending on the size of the cauliflower, this will take about 45 minutes.
