- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounces low fat cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons softened butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

1Mix together the eggs, milk and sugar; add the cheeses and butter, followed by the flour and baking powder.

2Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

4Bake at 325 for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
