- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder, Or To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons Table Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees, coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

2Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces, there should be about 4 cups.

3Place cauliflower in a medium bowl and add cumin, chili powder.

4Salt and pepper, toss well to coat.

5Spread cauliflower on prepared baking sheet and bake until tender, stirring half way through, about 10 minutes.
