- 2 lbs cauliflower, trimmed to 1 inch florets
- 23 cup onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- chives (to garnish)

1Preheat oven to 450.

2In a large bowl toss cauliflower, onion, soy, olive oil and garlic until evenly mixed.

3Spread on silpat lined pan.

4Roast 35 minutes or until tender and browned, stirring occasionally.

5Serve and garnish with chive.
