- 2 medium onions
- 12 teaspoon minced capers
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 14 teaspoon rosemary
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Place onions on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven until soft, about 1 hour.

3Let cool to room temperature and then peel and mince.

4(You should have 1 cup).

5In a bowl, combine onions, capers, vinegar, ketchup, rosemary and pepper.

6Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
