- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. or 4 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Melt oil and butter on large cookie sheet or broiler tray. (Cannot be sideless as the butter-oil mixture will run out.) Sprinkle with salt. Spread pecans over pan in single thickness and stir to coat them with butter-oil mixture.

2Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Add more salt, if necessary.
