- 1 large pineapple
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger

1Cut the skin off the pineapple and then slice the pineapple into quarters.

3In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar with the ginger.

4Add the pineapple pieces and toss in the ginger-brown sugar mixture.

5Place the pineapple pieces in a medium casserole dish and broil for 10 minutes.
