Roasted Potatoes

  • 5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Place potatoes in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Combine chicken stock, garlic powder and pepper.

    Pour over potatoes.

    Dot with butter.

    Cover and bake at 400° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cover during last 15 minutes to brown.
